B. Vaishnavi has set up a club to exclusively discuss the concerns of the LGBTQ+ community.
She gets children/youth who recognize to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community and come together to talk about the problems they face in their daily lives. She also runs awareness campaigns and educational workshops to educate the other children/youth about the LGBTQ+ community and among other people about the LGBTQ+ community and their rights. She believes awareness is key as people should be aware of how their behaviour towards the LGBTQ+ people, affects them.
