Developing potential leaders

Dumdisi, has discovered the importance of basic leadership skills within his community in Nigeria. He believes that leadership roles are lacking within his community. Therefore, his community criticizes and feels frustrated towards the governing bodies. Dumdisi believes that it is important to know how to use appropriate interpersonal styles to inspire and guide fellows, peers, superiors, and subordinates towards goal achievement. Therefore, the changemaker wants to raise awareness on basic leadership skills by setting up a club and organizing trainings. By inviting leaders to help educate the participants, Dumdisi really hopes to have an impact on the youth in his community. Let's inspire the youth to become leaders of the future!
