Uitgebreide omschrijving
Nansikombi Eron Imelda is from Uganda, and she has identified that there is a lot of child labour in her community. Children in her community are given a lot of work that does not match with their age, and thus impacts their mental and physical health. In addition, having children work has an impact on their education, which is the foundation of a child's future well-being. Therefore, the changemaker organizes trainings to teach the children important skills and raise awareness about child labor. In addition, she wants to organize a peaceful protest march to further empower the youth. These activities hope to inspire and educate at least 80 children in her community. Together we can change our communities into better places as we fight for children's rights!
