Sukanti wants to develop the capacity of the school management committee (SMC). She will do an awareness meeting with parents, SMC members and students to aware about the role of SMC in school. She will also do a meeting with SMC members to make them realize what their responsibilities are. In addition, she will also organize a training for the SMC members with the help of YCDA.
