Over St. Maarten Carnival Deveopment Foundation (SCDF)

The SCDF has operated St. Maarten's Carnival Festivities for over 35 years solely with a team of volunteers. We have volunteer work for various activities and skillsets. We hope to find reliable and dedicated volunteers who have a love for carnival and their community.
