Join the Orthopedics Interest Group & United Flames Youth in a day of soccer and workshops to expose children to healthy approaches to fitness training.Uitgebreide omschrijving
The day will begin with providing lunch and an educational workshop on proper nutrition before sports games, how to treat injuries, the importance of hydration, and recognizing stoke symptoms. We will then join Coach Dwyane in a relay dribble and mini-tournament with the children.
