Help us to plant trees for our beautiful brown pelicans!
Fort Amsterdam is the main viable nesting site for our island's national bird, the Caribbean Brown Pelican. As an important ecological site, it is our goal to preserve and maintain it for critical seabird species. Come join us to plant trees to provide our pelicans with more space to make nests, lay eggs, and raise chicks.
Volunteers need to bring a reusable water bottle and wear appropriate clothing (sun protection and close toed shoes). Refreshments and snacks will be provided by EPIC. All volunteers also need to complete our volunteer waiver prior to the event. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
