Coaches & Mentors Wanted (For Youths)

MAD Youth Summit is back and we are doing things a little differently this year. Instead of mentoring and coaching the winning teams to execute their impact projects - we are looking for coaches and mentors to journey with them before the pitch (for a RM5K grant) and after the pitch.

Pre-pitch coaching will begin on 8th July (First day of the Summit called MAD IDEATE) and post-pitching will continue on 30th Sept (Second day of the Summit called MAD ACTIVATE). If your teams were not the winning teams at MAD ACTIVATE, you can choose to continue mentoring/coaching the students for next step actions.

Criterias of Coaches/Mentors:

1. Must be able to go through a background check by the MAD team
2. Must be involved in impact work (Cofounders, Leads, Project Managers)
3. Have experience with youth work
4. Be able to commit at least 2 Hours per Month to engage with the youths
5. Be able to share feedback and updates to the MAD Team every month
6. Be able to manage at least 20 students (3-5 Groups) during the duration
