You will personally assist the applicants through the intake process. Knowing how to work a smartphone, plus knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
On this morning persons who have applied for our client choice food bank will join an information session where after the intakes take place. 1 on 1. 1 beneficiary with 1 volunteer. This intake is in the form of a questionnaire that is filled in on your smartphone. At 9 AM there will be short briefing for all volunteers and from 10 AM the first group of beneficiaries will come in.
If you also speak Spanish/Créole/Patois that is of immense help, but not necessary. Please mention when you apply if you do.
