Terrafix: Zero Waste Bazaar May 2023 (Helper at book exchange booth)

The zero-waste bazaar promotes a sustainable lifestyle by showcasing eco-friendly alternatives to single-use products and dispelling misconceptions about the difficulty and inconvenience of living zero-waste. Local zero-waste businesses and stores have the chance to advertise their products or services, while participants gain first-hand knowledge and convenience through detailed explanations from sellers. Additionally, participants engage in zero-waste themed games and activities to enhance their understanding of the concept.

Requirements that you should fulfil to join us:

• Responsible (No ffk is allowed, have to commit the whole assigned volunteering time slot)
• Punctual (always arrive 5mins earlier before the assigned volunteering time slot)
• Friendly (treat our participants with great attitude)
• Outspoken (approach public to promote our book exchange activity, recommend books for participants to exchange)
• Be reminded to reject religious, travel, magazine and academic book.

By volunteering as a helper at book exchange booth, you will:

• get to contribute in fixing our terra!
• get to explore more on zero waste lifestyle and concept
• learn communication and problem solving skills
• make new friends
